ROLE DESCRIPTION

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on providing excellent customer service and is detail oriented.

  • Deliver outstanding service to our valued customers by phone, email, and in person.
  • Handle billing inquiries, policy changes, claims assistance, and general support.
  • Assist the sales team by identifying cross-sell opportunities and ensuring smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Recognize customer needs.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
